Deceptive and fraudulent deepfake media in elections

Prohibits distributing deceptive or fraudulent deepfake media of a political candidate within ninety days of an election unless the media includes a required disclosure. Allows a candidate depicted in violating media to seek injunctive relief or damages against the distributor.
