Directs Virginia's Department of Criminal Justice Services to create a statewide framework, model policies, and mandatory training standards governing law enforcement use of generative AI, machine learning systems, and audiovisual surveillance technology, as well as interrogation practices. Also sets new accreditation and equipment-approval requirements for local forensic laboratories.
