Artificial Intelligence Transparency Act; established.

Requires developers of generative AI systems operating in Virginia to clearly disclose when audio, image, text, or video content is AI-generated, and to implement procedures preventing downstream use of the technology without that disclosure. Violations are enforced as consumer protection violations, with the Attorney General able to offer a cure period and injured parties able to sue for damages.
