Amends the Virginia Residential Landlord and Tenant Act to prohibit selling or using algorithmic pricing tools to set or recommend rent amounts, and bars incorporating nonpublic competitor data into such algorithmic calculations. Violations are treated as unfair or deceptive trade practices enforceable by the Attorney General.
