Vehicle Laws – Fully Autonomous Vehicles – Human Safety Operators and Reporting Requirements

Requires a human safety operator to be present in certain fully autonomous vehicles operating on Maryland highways. Requires manufacturers to report vehicle collisions, traffic citations, disengagement events, and passenger safety incidents involving fully autonomous vehicles to the Motor Vehicle Administration.
