Artificial Intelligence - Causing Injury or Death - Civil and Criminal Liability

Establishes strict civil liability and a civil penalty for a person who intentionally, knowingly, or negligently designs or creates artificial intelligence software capable of causing physical injury or death, when that software is used to cause injury or death. Also prohibits knowingly or negligently designing or creating such software.
