SCH CD-STUDENT BIOMETRIC INFO

Amends the School Code to bar school districts from purchasing, acquiring, or contracting for biometric systems or biometric information for use on students, replacing prior language that merely allowed policies governing such collection. Requires districts holding student biometric data to destroy it and certify destruction within 30 days, restricts disclosure during that window, and limits exceptions to guardian consent or court order.
