AN ACT relating to protection of information and declaring an emergency.

Creates Kentucky's Artificial Intelligence Governance Committee to set responsible, ethical, and transparent standards for state agencies' use of AI, requiring public disclosure and employee training. Separately establishes a civil cause of action against the sponsor of a political ad that uses AI-generated synthetic media without a clear disclosure.
