Mandatory Human Reviews of Insurance Claim Denials

Requires Florida insurers to have qualified human professionals make all decisions to deny an insurance claim, prohibiting algorithms, artificial intelligence, or machine learning systems from serving as the sole basis for such determinations. The Office of Insurance Regulation is authorized to conduct market conduct examinations and investigations to enforce compliance.
