Use of Artificial Intelligence in Psychological, Clinical, Counseling, and Therapy Services

Prohibits the use of artificial intelligence in the practice of psychology, clinical social work, marriage and family therapy, and mental health counseling in Florida, with defined exceptions. Establishes a statutory definition of "artificial intelligence" for these professional contexts. Applies to licensed mental health professionals and the private entities that may deploy AI tools in clinical settings.
