Remote Access Security Act

Amends the Export Control Reform Act of 2018 to establish controls on remote access to export-controlled items, closing a loophole that let foreign parties access controlled technology, including advanced computing hardware, through remote or cloud-based means. Applies to exporters and technology providers subject to US export licensing requirements.
