Requires political advertisements that use artificial intelligence to disclose that use to the public, defining a qualified political advertisement and clarifying the required disclosure language. Sets civil penalties for noncompliance and allows aggrieved parties or the attorney general to sue candidates, committees, or others who fail to disclose AI use.
