Establishes a broad set of AI-related restrictions and rights in Florida, prohibiting government entities from contracting with certain AI vendors unless specified requirements are met, and granting Floridians rights concerning AI use. The bill also prohibits AI companies from selling users' personal information, bars commercial use of AI-generated likenesses without consent, and requires parental consent for minors on companion chatbot platforms. Enforcement is provided through civil penalties and private causes of action.
