Prohibits Virginia electioneering communications that contain synthetic media from being published or broadcast without a conspicuous disclosure statement identifying the content as synthetically altered or generated. Violations carry civil penalties up to $25,000 and, for willful violations, a Class 1 misdemeanor. Registered voters may seek injunctive relief against non-compliant communications.
