Virginia Residential Landlord and Tenant Act; algorithmic pricing device use by certain landlords.

Requires landlords owning more than 10 rental units in Virginia who use algorithmic pricing devices to disclose that use in writing to tenants and prospective tenants. Requires landlords to provide a plain-language summary of the factors the algorithmic tool considers and to allow human review of any rent determination generated by such a device. Allows the Attorney General to seek injunctions and civil penalties for violations.
