Expands Hawaii's identity theft statute to include fraudulent impersonation or false depiction of a person through artificial intelligence or materially deceptive media. Addresses the use of AI and synthetic media tools as instruments of identity-based fraud. Adds this conduct to existing criminal identity theft offenses.
