AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 49, relative to education.

Requires public charter schools and local boards of education to publish on their websites the policies governing use of artificial intelligence by students, teachers, and staff for instructional and assignment purposes. The requirement applies within Tennessee's public education system.
