Warehouse employers; required disclosures and recordkeeping, civil penalties.

Requires Virginia employers with 500 or more warehouse workers to provide written descriptions of any performance quotas and to disclose the use of automated or algorithmic management systems used to monitor or evaluate employee performance. Employers must keep records of work-speed data and quota disclosures, and the bill prohibits retaliation against employees who request information or file complaints. Provisions are enforceable by the Commissioner of Labor and Industry.
