AI DATA PRIVACY ACT

Creates the Artificial Intelligence Data Privacy Act, which bars a deployer from training an AI system on a user's data and retaining that training data indefinitely unless specified conditions are met. Violations count as unlawful practices under the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act, and the Act creates a private right of action. It applies to companies that deploy AI systems using user data.
