Algorithmic Addiction Fund - Establishment

Creates an Algorithmic Addiction Fund within the Maryland Department of Health, funded by civil penalties from judgments or settlements over harm to children from social media and algorithm misuse. Requires an annual report to the legislature on funded algorithmic addiction intervention services.
