ALGORITHMIC PRICING DISCLOSURE

Amends the Personalized Algorithmic Pricing Disclosure Act to require sellers that price goods or services using personalized algorithmic pricing and advertise or publish that pricing to disclose it to consumers using their personal data. Violations are treated as unlawful practices under the state's consumer fraud law, with exceptions specified.
