AN ACT relating to the establishment of the Kentucky Health Command.

Establishes the Kentucky Health Command within the Commonwealth Office of Technology to contract with a private entity for an AI-assisted virtual health platform serving rural health care providers and facilities. The platform is barred from practicing medicine or diagnosing and treating patients, and the bill sets up a process for distributing related advertising revenue.
