AN ACT relating to data privacy.

Amends Kentucky's consumer data protection law to define terms including 'algorithmic feed' and 'algorithmic recommendation system' and to require online services to set the highest privacy defaults for minors. Covered services must give minors and parents tools to limit profiling and targeted advertising driven by these algorithmic systems and must restrict push notifications to minors during certain hours.
