Amends Georgia's Fair Business Practices Act to prohibit any person from facilitating noncompete agreements among residential rental property owners or managers, including through the use of algorithmic coordinating functions. The bill also prohibits landlords from setting or adjusting rental prices or lease terms based on recommendations from algorithmic software or data analytics services.
