To amend the Trademark Act of 1946 to clarify the applicability of Federal trademark law in the area of digital replicas of identifying characteristics of individuals, and for other purposes.

Amends the Trademark Act of 1946 to clarify that federal trademark law applies to digital replicas of an individual's identifying characteristics. Extends trademark-based remedies to unauthorized digital recreations of a person's image, voice, or other identifying features.
