Regulate deceptive synthetic media with intent to affect election

Regulates the dissemination of deceptive synthetic media, such as AI-generated deepfakes, when intended to affect the outcome of an election for office. Amends Ohio election law to add new provisions addressing synthetic media alongside existing disclosure and enforcement rules.
